Mr. Gualco is the founder of Nautilus Networks and began the company by utilizing his 28 years of experience in telecommunication engineering, component level testing and repair. Mr. Gualco has worked his way through virtually every technology in the Telecom industry including Wireline, Wireless and Data.
Prior to the beginning of Nautlius Networks, Mr. Gualco was the President and CEO of Telecom Resource Service, which was sold to a 3PL service provider. Mr. Gualco also ran the re-work and distribution depot of Nortel Networks/Bay Network remarketing division in Sunnyvale, California. In Dallas, Texas, he managed the repair, EF&I and distribution for Southwestern Bell, Sprint, Pacific Bell, GTE, Airtouch, AT&T Wireless and PCS Primeco. Additionally, Mr. Gualco's team became the OEM repair facility for Fujitsu and PairGain.
Mr. Gualco is a veteran of the United States Navy and Naval Reserve with 14 years of honorable service. He spent most of his military service on the high seas conducting law enforcement operations in the fight on the war on drugs, where he received multiple commendations including the Navy Achievement Medal from the Secretary of the Navy.
Robert O'Leary - VP Sales and Business Development
Mr. O'Leary brings over 14 year of technology focused sales, account management and business development experience, including 8 years in the telecommunications space, creating and support both local and national test, repair, consignment, engineering and brokerage programs. In 2007 he sold a telecommunication company focused on infrastructure repair, resale and engineering to a private equity backed Logistics company as part of a "buy and build" platform. He has previously started or invested in multiple early stage companies such as Gifttracker.com and Kids Klub, and was part of the founding team at idealab! under Bill Gross, where the company raised multiple rounds of financing before the company's software product was sold in 2001.
